Elaine Hannon

 
G. Elaine Hannon, 87, of Wood River died Thursday, Aug1, 2002 at the Western Hall County Good Samaritan Center in Wood River.
Mrs. Hannon was born April 1, 1915, at Memophis to Arthur D. and Gertrude V. (Pickering) Ullstrom. She grew up in Memphis and graduated from Ashland High School in 1933.

She married Earl H. Luehr on Feb. 6, 1935. The couple lived in Scottsbluff for four years, then they moved to Alamosa, Colo., where they also lived for four years. They moved to Central City before they settled in Wood River in 1943. Here husband died July 24, 1959.

She later married Mike Hannon on April 15, 1968. The couple lived in Wood River. She was a homemaker all of her married life. Her husband died March 6, 1993.

She was a member of Wood River Presbyterian Church and was active with the church. She enjoyed speding time with her family and friends.
